3/14/2006 - Went to Chez Gaudy this Tuesday and picked up a bottle of wine for $7, it is quite nice. A small, very hidden place, you'll need to look carefully on it. We didn't order any food, so can't speak for that, but the wine was pretty good and the atmosphere nice. There were couches we claimed in the back for our group, it was fairly loud and a little difficult to hear conversations (the place was busy, it wasn't the music making the noise), but not unusually loud for capitol hill. Not bad if you enjoy wine and would like to hang out with some friends. ---Jet
