4/10/06, jet visited: Recently reopened after closing to redo their kitchen. They also changed the menu some and added a few items, though prices went up a little bit as well. Generally, still a solid happy hour menu with a decent selection of items between $3-5 and beer at good prices as well. I generally like the atmosphere at Ivars, with plenty of interesting pictures, as well as a nice view over the water.
