5/12/06 jet visited: The Ram changed it's happy hour quite a bit recently, to 1/2 off all appetizers and a 'kill the keg' deal on beer, where an 18oz glass is $1.50 until the keg is dead. When I was there, the lasted until around midnight, and it was a delicious IPA that was a great deal for $1.50. The nachos, which are $5 after the 1/2 off, where also good, though I don't think you'd be able to find much food in the $2-3 range anymore. There cocktails are very weak, so stick to the beer.
